Now, she's back with more guidance/help/interventions. Maybe this round/attempt/go will be different? I need a plan/strategy/tactical approach to survive/navigate/thrive this one.

Living Through It Again

It's crazy how sometimes life takes you on a journey to moments from your past. I was sitting with my mom the other day, and we started chatting about when I was little. Instantly, it felt like I was back there again, experiencing all those emotions vividly. It's amazing how our minds can transport us to these places so easily.
